Doubleview is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia. Its Local Government Area is the City of Stirling. It has two very different sides, on the northern side of Scarborough Beach Road homes have been bulldozed for triplexes and duplexes and is considered less prestigious whereas the section bordering Woodlands and Hale School nicknamed "Doubleview Hill" is an affluent locale with larger homes at higher elevation.

The suburb was named Doubleview due to its views of both the Indian Ocean to the west and the Perth CBD and Darling Range to the east.

Doubleview is generally a residential area, lying between Scarborough to the west and Innaloo to the east on the heavily-trafficked Scarborough Beach Road (the primary artery providing access to the areas between and including Scarborough and Glendalough from the CBD).
