Donald Wills Douglas, Sr. (April 6, 1892February 1, 1981) was a United States aircraft industrialist. His most significant achievement was as founder of the Douglas Aircraft Company in 1921 (the company later merged into McDonnell Douglas Corporation).

He received his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT in 1914. Donald Douglas' factory was located in Santa Monica.
