Collège Stanislas de Paris is a prestigious private Catholic school in Paris, situated on the street named "rue Notre-Dame-des-Champs" in the Montparnasse quarter. It has approximately 3,000 students, and is the largest private school in France.

It was founded in 1804, and in 1810 had approximately 500 students. In 1822, its formal name was declared, after a relative of King Louis XVIII, of which the second forename was "Stanislas", in memory of his grandfather, the King Stanisław Leszczyński.

As of 2002, the school's director is Daniel Chapellier.
