Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology is the oldest community college in Ontario, founded in 1966. It is located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada; its four campuses are situated to serve the eastern portion of the Greater Toronto Area. In 2007, the college opened a satellite in the west end.
Centennial College is recognized as one of the most culturally diverse post-secondary institutions in Ontario. Almost 100 ethno-cultural groups are represented and 80 languages are spoken on campus. It offers more than 100 applied degree, diploma and certificate programs on a full- and part-time basis in business, communication arts, community and consumer services, engineering technology, health and transportation. A publicly funded college, Centennial supports enrollments of 12,000 full-time students and 28,000 part-time learners annually.

Ashtonbee is the heart of the largest training school for transportation in Canada. Progress campus is to host the new Athletic and Wellness Centre, expected to open in 2010.
The Centre for Creative Communications is the college's home for its award-winning school of Communications, Media and Design, a "premiere media and visual arts learning centre" in the region according to The East York Foundation. In 2007, the Centre for Creative Communications expanded to include Centennial College @ Wallace Studios.
Television buffs may know The Centre for Creative Communications doubled as the location of the Canadian TV teen drama Degrassi High in the early 1990s.
