Bernie Marsden

Bernie Marsden (born Bernard John Marsden, 7 May 1951, Buckingham, Buckinghamshire) is an English guitarist, original member of Paice, Ashton & Lord in 1977 and a former member of the hard rock band, Whitesnake. In more recent years, Marsden has toured with his bands Company of Snakes (formed with fellow former Whitesnake member Micky Moody) and Bernie Marsden's Whitesnake, and performed with Elkie Brooks. He can be seen playing live at the Seagry Music Festival in Wiltshire on 28 June and at Saltenbluesen in Fauske, Norway 18 - 20 September 2008.

Bernie Marsden, although not as popular as many of his contemporary guitarists, is a respected and renowned blues and rock guitarist. He has also worked for films and television.
