Balrothery is an ancient barony, which includes a village of the same name, that is located in County Dublin, Ireland. The name Balrothery comes from the Irish Baile an Ridire (meaning Town of the Knights) or Baile Ruairí.

The village is located about 2km south of Balbriggan on the old N1 Dublin Belfast road.
