Apac District

Apac is a district in northern Uganda. Like other Ugandan districts, it is named after its 'chief town'. It was the location of the infamous Aboke abductions by the Lord's Resistance Army.

Apac District had a population of 676,244 in 2002.

In 2006,Apac was divided in to two Forming Oyam District . This is the district where the first Architectoral Engineer in East Africa came from.(The Late DR Youfusa Okullo Epak).
