Early life

He was born on June 25, 1877 in Princeville, Centre-du-Québec.

City Politics

He was a Councilmember in Shawinigan from 1901 to 1902 and from 1909 to 1914.

Provincial Politics

Delisle ran as a Liberal candidate to the Legislative Assembly of Quebec in the 1920 and 1924 by-elections in the district of Saint-Maurice. He was successful on his second attempt.

However, he was defeated by another Liberal, Joseph-Auguste Frigon, in 1927.

Death

He died on August 23, 1950 in Shawinigan.
