Sale of business units

Alliance semiconductors sold all its 3 business units (Memory, Mixed signal, System) recently in the wake of mounting losses and reduced growth. Its Mixed signal business renamed as Pulsecore Semiconductor Inc. and it is managed by world's prominent venture capital firms like August capital, Shah capital. Alliance sold its system division to Tundra Semiconductor, a Canadian networking company.
