Abarbarea

In classical Greek and Roman mythology, Abarbarea is a naiad. She is the wife of Bucolion (the eldest but illegitimate son of the Trojan king Laomedon) and had two sons by him, Aesepus and Pedasus. Abarbarea is also one of the three ancestors of the Tyrians, along with Callirrhoe and Drosera. Other writers do not mention this nymph, but Hesychius mentions "Abarbareai" or "Abarbalaiai" as the name of a class of nymphs.
