Aetius

- Aetius (philosopher) of Antioch, a 1st-century B.C.E. peripatetic philosopher
- Aetius (theologian) of Antioch, a 4th-century Anomean theologian, called "Aetius the Atheist" by his enemies.
- Flavius Aëtius, a 5th-century Roman general.
- Aëtius Amidenus, a 6th-century Byzantine physician.
- Sicamus Aëtius, a Byzantine medical writer possibly identical with the preceding
Aetius is also a spider genus (Corinnidae)
