This article covers streets in Manhattan, New York City, USA between and including 15th Street and 42nd Street. Major streets have their own linked articles; minor streets are discussed here.

These streets form a part of Manhattan's grid plan determined by the Commissioners' Plan of 1811. They run parallel to each other, roughly east-west, between First Avenue and the West Side Highway.

In general, even-numbered streets are one-way east and odd-numbered streets are one-way west. 23rd Street, 34th Street and 42nd Street, 57th Street and 59th Street carry two-way traffic.

Broadway runs diagonally, crossing 23rd Street at Fifth Avenue, 34th Street at Sixth Avenue, and 42nd Street about 3/4 of the way from Sixth Avenue to Seventh Avenue.

Streets change from west to east (for instance West 28th Street to East 28th Street) at Fifth Avenue.
