The Bazura Project

The Bazura Project is a cult, late-night television show broadcast throughout Australian community television stations (Channel 31 Melbourne, 31 Brisbane and Television Sydney) written and hosted by Shannon Marinko and Lee Zachariah.

The show opens with Marinko and Zachariah parodying a classic film, which then leads into a waggish news segment, followed by "feature story", which is an extended segment dealing with either film patronage or making, followed by an interview with a usually Australian film director, then more reviews, waggishness and finally a studio-based outro. The show, in any case, hinges on the personalities of the hosts, who are generally funny, self-deprecating and winsome.
