Teenager of the Year

Released in 1994, Teenager of the Year was Frank Black’s second solo album, produced by Eric Drew Feldman. Notable songs include "Olé Mulholland," about William Mulholland, the architect of the Los Angeles Aqueduct and the St. Francis Dam, and "Big Red," about the possibility of terraforming Mars.
