Veg kolhapuri

Veg Kolhapuri is a vegetarian dish from Kolhapur, Maharashtra in India. It can be described as a mixed vegetable dry gravy dish. It is frequently eaten as a main course. It is accompanied by a chapati in the rural areas and from its native land. However, it is accompanied by roti, paratha, naan or kulcha as the bread, in other areas, especially at fast food outlets in India.
