Shear/press-brake

The shear/press-brake is a machine offering the advantages of both, a shear and a press-brake all in one to cut and bend sheet metal. This type of combined equipment allows shearing and bending operations in half the space a separate shear and press-brake would take.

On this type of equipment, the upper ram rotates 180 degrees allowing the machine to go from a shear to a press-brake in 10 seconds. Like any traditional shear and press-brake, this combined machine also works with a hydraulic system and a CNC control unit can be embedded.

The shear/press-brake has a bending capacity between 45 and 320 tons allowing it to bend and cut sheet metal up to ¾ inches (19mm).
