Andrew Gigante

Biography

He is one of five children fathered by Vincent Gigante that Gigante fathered with his legitimate wife, and a grandson of Yolanda Gigante. He has several brothers and sisters that were fathered by Vincent with his long time mistress Olympia which he kept separate from his legal marriage. Andrew and his siblings grew up in a wealthy suburb in New Jersey. For over twenty years Andrew kept a legitimate job as an executive of Bay Container and Portwide Cargo Securing in Newark, New Jersey. In January 2002 Andrew and his father were arrested for union racketeering in the International Longshoremen's Association and for extortion along the waterfront neighborhoods of New York, New Jersey and Miami, Florida.
