Internal hemorrhoids, with little nerve supply, can be destroyed in several ways without anesthesia. External hemorrhoids, under the skin, are cut out under local anesthesia.

Santos de Guápiles Fútbol Club is a Costa Rican football football soccer club, which currently plays in the Segunda División. The club was founded in 1961, plays in Estadio Ebal Rodríguez in Guápiles, Limón, Costa Rica. The also have a really loyal fan club, they call themselves "La Marea Roja".
