Non-representative democracy
Non-representative democracy is a form of indirect democracy in which the people elect "electors" or "delegates" instead of representatives. Representatives are office holders who perform a legislative, executive, or judicial function. By contrast, electors or delegates function as electors of representatives (or office holders).
