Lifest currently features around 150 artists
on 7 stages. The festival is a member of the Christian Festival Association.Musically, Lifest has featured a wide range of groups such as Newsboys, Michael W. Smith, Jars of Clay, Tobymac, Third Day, MercyMe, Skillet, Relient K, Avalon, Kirk Franklin, Rebecca St. James, Casting Crowns, Newsong, Hawk Nelson, Plus One, Jump 5, Tait, Audio Adrenaline, Denver and the Mile High Orchestra, Salvador, Kutless, Superchick, Pillar and many more.
Lifest also has speakers and seminars as an integral part of the festival. Speakers have included Bob Lenz, Tiffany Thompson, Tony Campolo, Bob Smiley, Scott Spencer, Ken Davis, and many more.
Lifest has camping available, as well as many vendors. Lifest is run by Life! Promotions, and requires over 1,600 volunteers 
On July 14 2007, a 16 year old girl, Elizabeth Mohl, fell to her death on a swing type ride at the festival.
