According to the
Book of Mormon, Aaron was a
Jaredite who lived in ancient
America. He is mentioned in a single verse in the
Book of Ether (Ether 1:16 - shown below), and notable in that he is a descendant of
Jared, and an ancestor to
Ether.
16 And Aaron was a descendant of Heth, who was the son of Hearthom.
