Folder

The term folder can refer to several different things:

• File folder, a kind of folder that holds loose papers
• Directory (file systems), a part of a computer file system often called a folder; see Directory (file systems)#The folder metaphor
• Pole Folder, a producer of electronic music
• Folder 5, a J-pop group formerly called Folder
• Folding machine, a machine used for folding paper
• Folding bicycle, a bicycle which can be folded for compactness
• Short Folder, a series of aeroplanes designed with folding wings for shipborne use (from 1913)
