A flogger (from the verb to flog) can be:
- Flogger (food): a person who blogs on food. Occasionally known as Food Blogger.
- An owner of a Fotolog;
- A disciplinarian who flogs, i.e. administers a flogging as a physical punishment, or in BDSM;
