"Chick Fit" was the second single taken from British group All Saints' third album Studio 1. It was a download-only single.
The single was confirmed by release by Parlophone Records after rumours started circulating that the band had been dropped due to the fact that their album Studio 1 only made #40 in the UK albums chart.
A PR for Parlophone records told UK television Channel 4's teletext music section PS:
It's totally untrue. We're releasing the next single Chick Fit in February and a tour is being finalised".
The video has now appeared online at Yahoo!, after premiering on their MySpace page. It was played terrestrially on Channel 4's Popworld on the 13 January. It is also available on some UK Digital music channels. Officially, the single is only going to be released by digital sales.
All Saints were set to play at G-A-Y club on Saturday 24 February to promote the single which is in heavy rotation on both YouTube and various music video TV channels, but their appearance was cancelled, because Shaznay Lewis was ill at the time.
It charted at a low #256 on the UK Singles Chart. Its peak on the download chart was #189 and the single fared better in Romania, going to #64.
