Minimum Age (Fishermen) Convention, 1959

It was established in 1959, with the preamble stating:

Having decided upon the adoption of certain proposals with regard to the minimum age for admission to employment as fishermen,...

Ratifications

The convention was later obsoleted by the Minimum Age Convention, 1973, resulting in its denunciation by most of its signatories (not listed above - see for a complete list).
