dextrin 6-alpha-glucosidase


Alpha-glucosidase (alternative names: maltase-glucoamylase, MGAM; acid maltase; glucoinvertase; glucosidosucrase; lysosomal α-glucosidase; maltase) is found in the mammalian intestine, and has similar enzymatic activity to γ-amylase.


Deficiencies of this enzyme result in Pompe Disease.
