Ryan Daut

Ryan Daut (born April 18, 1984) is a professional poker player from New Jersey. Daut dropped out of the mathematics Ph.D. program at Penn State University after one semester to play poker professionally. He was one of two players selected to become a protégé of Cardrunners founder Taylor Caby. Daut is also well known in the Richmond community for his Rubik's Cube skills; he has regularly performed the task of completing the puzzle in under 2 minutes.

On January 10, 2007 Daut won a World Poker Tour event at the PokerStars Caribbean Poker Adventure. He defeated Isaac Haxton heads up and won $1,535,255 for first place.

As of 2008, his total live tournament winnings exceed $1,700,000.
