Corrasion

Corrasion

[kuh-rey-zhuhn]
Corrasion is a geographical term best used to describe the wearing away of small/fine particles of rock on a river/seabed by a sandpapering action called abrasion, and it collapses to form a dip in the bed. This sometimes happens at the bottom of cliffs to a slanted edge.
