The sound of a television being turned on is heard, and Biafra begins to impersonate a veejay, and tells the viewer he is there "to destroy what's left of your imagination by feeding you endless doses of sugar-coated mindless garbage". He ends the song with the mantra "M.T.V.-Get off the air! NOW!"
