"Bag It Up" is a pop–dance song recorded by Geri Halliwell. It was released as the fourth & final single in 2000 (see 2000 in music) from Halliwell's debut solo album Schizophonic (1999), It became Halliwell's third solo number-one single in the United Kingdom selling 255,000 copies in total being certified Silver. The backing vocals for the song were provided by Tracy Ackerman, Pepsi & Shirlie.
In the raunchy video for "Bag It Up" Halliwell promotes the product 'Girl Powder', an obvious dig at the Spice Girls slogan. Girl Powder transforms any male to an obedient servant. The video starts with Geri and her shirtless 'boyfriend', sitting down in a living room, and we see Geri doing all the housework and cooking for her 'boyfriend'. She then goes to the kitchen to make him coffee, when really she is preparing the Girl Powder drink. Once her boyfriend drinks it, his hair becomes pink. We then see the Girl Powder factory, operated by many pink-haired men. The next time we see Geri and her boyfriend, it is he who is now doing all the housework, even acting as a human table for Geri and obeying to her commands. We then return to the factory, where Geri eventually strips the workers down to briefs and bunny ears, who end up pole-dancing, parodying Playboy Bunnygirls. We then see Geri parading the men on a leash at the end of the video.
