WSML is located in Graham, North Carolina and broadcasts at 1200 AM. The station generally simulcasts WSJS from Winston-Salem, filling in a gap in WSJS' coverage of Greensboro and the eastern part of the Triad (especially at night). The station is owned by Curtis Media Group.

Studios are located in downtown Graham. There is some separate programming - predominantly NC State sports and Sunday morning programming.
