Vasquez Cobo International Airport (Aeropuerto Internacional Vasquez Cobo) is an airport serving Leticia, Colombia. It is the largest airport of the south of the country, located in the Colombian department of Amazonas and in the southern most part of this country. Vasquez Cobo is the gateway for the Colombian jungle region.

On November 19, 2006, An AeroSucre Boeing 727 crashed upon landing in poor weather and fog after striking the approach lights and an antenna tower. All 5 crewmembers were killed.
