"Unexpected Song" is a 1984 single by Sarah Brightman. The song was written by Andrew Lloyd Webber, with lyrics by Don Black. The song comes from the musical Song and Dance, and was originally titled "When You Want to Fall in Love", with very different lyrics. The song was later used in Lloyd Webber's and Black's reworking of the show, called Tell Me On A Sunday. The single peaked at #76 in the UK charts.
