Tyndale House is an independent theological library dedicated to biblical studies in Cambridge, UK. Founded in 1944, it provides extensive bibliographical resources in support of research into the Old Testament, New Testament, and relevant historical backgrounds. Although biblical studies are a speciality, Tyndale House also features resources for theologians and church historians. Alongside the bibliographical resources of the library there are study desks and carrels which students may rent. A number of flats and rooms also allow students and visiting scholars to live on-site, which creates a supportive, scholarly, and Christian community for the institution.

Tyndale House has typically been used by doctoral students from the University of Cambridge studying either in the Faculty of Divinity or the Faculty of Oriental Studies. Students from other universities, chiefly from the United Kingdom, but also from other places throughout the world, have done all or a portion of their work in residence there. In addition, numerous professors and independent scholars have taken a sabbatical or other time at Tyndale House to engage in a period of focused work. Scholars who have spent time at Tyndale House include: D.A. Carson, Wayne Grudem, J.I. Packer, and John Piper.

In 2007 Tyndale House launched the Kirby Laing Institute for Christian Ethics, known as KLICE.
