Tour of Southland

The Tour of Southland is a road bicycle racing stage race held in the Southland Region of New Zealand. Since 2005, the Tour of Southland has been part of the UCI Oceania Tour and is held annually in November. The raced is UCI 2.2 rated. The race's title sponsor, PowerNet, is an electrical services provider to the Southland Region, and is governed by the UCI and Cycling Southland

PowerNet General Classification - overall winner by cumulative time
Hydraulink King of the Mountains - points classification for placing on peaks of hills and mountains.
Harcourts Real Estate Sprint Ace - This classification is decided on a points basis. Points will be awarded for all Sprint primes (excluding stage finishes) as follows: 1st - 3 points, 2nd - 2 points, and 3rd - 1 point.
Regent Car Court Under 23 Classification - All riders eligible for UCI Under 23 category are included. Placings shall be determined by the general classification by time.
Avanti Plus Wensley Cycles Team Classification - The team classification for the day is calculated on the basis of the sum of the three best individual times from each team. The team general classification is calculated on the basis of the sum of the three best individual times from each team in each stage ridden.
