Topoľa is a village and municipality in Snina District in the Prešov Region of north-eastern Slovakia. Situated in the buffer zone of the Poloniny National Park it offers easy access to most of it hiking trails. Havesova, a component of the the Primeval Beech Forests of the Carpathians UNESCO World Heritage Site is also close to the village.


In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1337. Wooden church located in the village dates back as far as 1700.


The municipality lies at an altitude of 384 metres and covers an area of 26.384 km². It has a population of about 185 people.
