Tooner Ville Rifa 13, also known as The Ville or TVR 13, is a Mexican street gang located in North East Los Angeles. TVR 13 is part of the Sureños, and is under the direct control of the Mexican Mafia.

History

TVR 13 formed in the 1930's in North East Los Angeles. The gangs origins date back to the Pachucos and Zoot suits. Tooner Ville gang is named after a Pacific Electric Railway trolley that use to run throught Los Angeles since the early 1900's, Rifa is a spanish word that means controls or rules. One of the leaders Timothy Joseph McGhee, who has had active arrest warrants for murder by the Los Angeles Police Department and was wanted for questioning in twelve other homicides in Los Angeles. TVR 13 claims Atwater Village, Glendale, Tujunga and Azusa as its turf. TVR 13 is trying to claim all of Glendale causing violent gang wars to erupt with The Avenues (gang) and Armenian Power.

Enemies

The gangs enemies are The Avenues (gang), Mara Salvatrucha, Clanton 14, Armenian Power, Maravilla, Bloods and Crips. TVR 13 has a history of brutal violence and murder against enemy street gangs and the police.

Cliques

TVR 13 divides its territory into cliques. The cliques are CHEVY CHASE PARK LOCOS, LOMITA STREET LOCOS, ATWATER LOCOS, TINY LOCOS, JOKERS, VAGOS, NIGHT OWLS, DUKES, TOKERS and YOUNGSTERS. TVR 13 also has cliques in San Fernando Valley, Texas, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona and Mexico.
