State-of-the-Art Reactor Consequence Analyses

The State-of-the-Art Reactor Consequence Analyses (SOARCA) are a study of nuclear power plant safety being generated by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. The study replaces significantly older studies (see See Also below) which utilized inadequate methods and inadequate computer resources, and had overly-pessimistic conservatisms (now shown to be incorrect by new research) incorporated.
