Tim Notting (born 21 October 1978) is an Australian rules footballer in the Australian Football League.
He was recruited as the number 26 draft pick in the 1996 AFL Draft from Navarre. After not managing a senior game in his first year on the list in 1997, he made his debut for the Brisbane Lions in Round 8, 1998 against Essendon.
Notting is noted for his long right foot kicking, described by commentator Stephen Quartermain as "a thumping right foot."
Tim Notting is considered to be one of the best long ball kicker in AFL.
Tim Notting is considered to be utility player as he has played in various positions through out different seasons.
