These Old Broads

These Old Broads

These Old Broads is a 2001 television film written by Carrie Fisher. It was the last major acting performance of Elizabeth Taylor.

After a re-release of their 60's film hit Boy Crazy becomes a smash, three actresses (Debbie Reynolds as Piper Grayson, Shirley MacLaine as Kate Westburn and Joan Collins as Addie Holden) reunite for a reunion show, with help from Kate Westburn's son and their manager, Beryl Mason (Elizabeth Taylor). The problem: The three actresses and their manager all loathe each other.

Originally, Tony Curtis was offered to play the male lead, and Lauren Bacall declined the role of Piper Grayson.
