There is a stone circle at the entrance to the village, which is actually a modern construction designed by some of the residents highlight the Celtic heritage of the area and make Tempo more distinctive. Beyond the stone circle lies Tempo village and Tempo GAA club which is one of Fermanagh's most successful. Some of the larger town lands in the area are Edenmore and Ballyreigh.
There are two primary schools in Tempo, Tempo Controlled Primary School and St Mary's Primary School.
Tempo Manor is a Victorian Manor House, built in 1863 and standing in of beautiful grounds and woodlands.
St Patricks Park is Tempo Maguires GAA ground and is well worth a visit.
