is a Japanese TV and film actor. He is youngest of four children having three older sisters. He looked up to his senpai Takashi Kashiwabara who made him aspire to become an actor. He joined modeling competitions and was active in CHECKMATE and other fashion magazines.

In 2001, Tetsuji made his debut in Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger as GaoSilver. He continued to star in more movies and TV dramas such as Casshern, Tokyo Love Cinema, and ROCKERS.
