Homeland Security Advisory Council

The Homeland Security Advisory Council is part of the Executive Office of the President. It was created by an Executive Order on March 19, 2002.

The Council met on December 14, 2004 in San Diego, California, and voted to reconsider the color-coded Homeland Security Advisory System, among other suggestions.
