"Sure Feels Good" is a song written and recorded as a collaboration between Ultrabeat and Darren Styles, the first since the days of #2 hit "Pretty Green Eyes" and "Feelin' Fine". The vocals are supplied by Rebecca Rudd, who sang for Ultrabeat on Elysium (I Go Crazy) also. The song was originally a hardcore song by Re-Con and Darren Styles but it was later re-recorded with another verse as Ultrabeat versus Darren Styles. This song reached #52 in the charts which was seen as a disappointment compared to Ultrabeat - The Album which reached #8.

The video was filmed on and was directed by Kevin Hewett. The video features Ultrabeat, Darren Styles, Rebecca Rudd, and many girls who are dancers in a pink strip club. Rebecca Rudd is the singer in the video. The different girls are dancing in the video and then they move on to giving the Ultrabeat band members and Darren Styles lap dances. The three men are invited up to the bar by a girl who teases and plays with them. Some of the girls take the mobile phones off the men, and proceed to capture images of the other dancers. As the girls continue to dance, the men notice that the image was then sent to an unknown recipient, presumably their girlfriends, as they looked worried that the picture was sent. One of their phones starts to receive a incoming call and this prompts the men to leave hastily from the strip club. The video ends with the girls dancing.
There is also a "late night" cut of the video, which contains parental advisory notice because of the nudity and a hardcore edit where the hardcore version of the song used for the video.
