Speed is a locality in Victoria, Australia, located approximately 143km from Mildura, Victoria.

Speed is the venue of the Mallee Machinery Field Days, first held in 1979.

Speed was once notable for the contradictory roadsigns on the highway each side of the town reading "SPEED / PLEASE SLOW DOWN" but these have been replaced with maximum speed signs, however Welcome signs have been erected which carry the same text as well as advertising the Machinery Field Days.
