Snežana (Serbian Cyrillic: Снежана) is a female name meaning "snow woman." It is derived from the Serbian words "sneg," meaning "snow" and "žena," meaning woman. Its connotation is similar to "Snow White." Other variants are Snezhana, used in Russia, Bulgaria, Macedonia, and Snježana, used in Croatia.

Snežana was the fifth most popular name in the Republic of Macedonia in 2006.
