Żur śląski

Żur śląski (Silesian: Ślůnski žur, English: Silesian sour rye soup, Silesian sour soup) is a type of żur soup made from soured rye flour and meat (usually boiled pork sausage or pieces of smoked sausage, bacon or ham), which is specific to Silesia and other western Slavic nations such as Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
