Sir Toby Clarke, 6th Baronet
Sir Charles Mansfield Tobias Clarke, 6th Baronet (born 8 September 1939 in Santa Barbara, U.S.), known as Sir Toby Clarke since 1962, is a baronet.
Sir Toby is the son of Sir Humphrey Clarke, 5th Baronet and was educated at Eton, Christ Church, Oxford, La Sorbonne, and New York University. He founded The Baronets' Journal in 1987 and from 1993 to 1996 was Chairman of the Standing Council of the Baronetage
He was married to Charlotte Walter and then Teresa de Chair. He has 3 children (by his second marriage) Theodora (4th August 1985), Augusta (25th April 1987) and Lawrence (12th March 1990).
