Victoria O'Keefe
Victoria O'Keefe (March 27, 1969 – April 18, 1990) was a British actress.
Her first role was in the 1983 television series Nanny. She also played Letty in the 1984 mini-series of the same name.
Victoria is best known for her role as Ruth's daughter, Jane, in the 1984 BBC docudrama Threads. Her last television appearance was in the 15 minute short, Positively Negative in 1990.
Victoria died on April 18 1990, following a car accident. Three others have also died in a car accident.
