Schram was born in Paris, France where he earned a Master’s Degree in Engineering and Management. He has a family history of entrepreneurship on both his and his wife’s sides. He has a global supply chain background acquired at the world leaders in the automotive industry (Renault, Ford and ZF). Schram successfully developed two e-Business companies, one of which is supporting the Franchise Chain’s knowledge management infrastructure Paljunction. Schram has been President and CEO of Buffalo Wings & Rings (http://www.buffalowingsandrings.com) since the inception of the company in January 2005. The company underwent a dramatic transformation program consisting of a totally new franchisee-focused approach and an unparalleled financial performance demeanor. This compelling formula resulted in sustained growth momentum with now more than 80 restaurants in the network. Schram’s outlook to the future includes unlimited expansion opportunities through continuous process improvement, more brand enhancements, and acquisitions. Schram has demonstrated a passionate management style of being tooled for success. He is a great believer in Edward Deming's concepts and principles of PDCA are visible in the entire work place. He has demonstrated his ability to inspire and transform a perishing concept into a thriving business enterprise. His company Buffalo Wings & Rings is now raked as the fastest growing restaurant chain the in country as quoted by the July 2008 issue of Restaurant Business Magazine.

Schram was nominated for the 2008 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Schram is avid automobile enthusiast and at one time a proud owner of the antique French car Lezebre. He has published a book about the history of the car which has already run two editions. It is a favorite among the collectors.
